2. Quotes, Payment & Pricing
- Project pricing is provided via quote, package listing, or proposal, and is confirmed before work starts.
- Payment terms (deposit, milestone payments, or full upfront payment) will be specified at the time of engagement.

- Late or missed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the account is settled.
3. Refund Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

- Provide content, images, logos, and other materials needed for the project in a timely manner
- Respond to review requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you have the rights to use any content, images, or trademarks you provide to us
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and custom code is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party assets used in your project (stock photos, plugins, themes, fonts) remain subject to their own respective licenses.
- Until full payment is received, all design work and code remain the property of Webmaker.biz.
6. Website Maintenance & Hosting
Unless a maintenance or hosting package is separately purchased, we are not responsible for ongoing updates, backups, or hosting of your website after project delivery. We recommend a maintenance plan to keep your website secure and up to date.
7. Revisions & Project Scope
Each package or proposal includes a defined number of revisions. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webmaker.biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, or payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable, per the terms confirmed at project start.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
